I just had an anniversary of my time at Manukau City Council but I definitely wasn't on staff when this pic was taken.
Interesting to see what libraries around the globe are using flickr for - one I saw showed screenshots from its website, another special events and book club pics, sure would have been useful when we opened Te Matariki and had lots of requests for photos - could have had a lovely selection already for people to browse.
